Shortening links to viruses, malware links, or any URL that can harm any others computer.

Creating URLs for use in unsolicited advertising including but not limited to email and forum posts (i.e. do not use for SPAM purposes) Linking to other sites that also offer URL shortening/redirection, creating a "chain" of redirects.

Pornography or sites that may host inappropriate content.

Any other use which is illegal/inappropriate.

Excessive usage: We reserve the right to remove shortened URLs from our service and/or block the abuser from our service temporarily or permanently when usage exceeds levels we consider reasonable.

Warranty and liability: Zerobits URL shortening service is a free service, and as such carries no warranty of any kind. This includes losses in the event that the service stops operating, is unavailable or slow, suffers data loss, or any other issue which might be considered detrimental to you.

Zerobits was created as a free service to make posting long URLs easier, and may only be used for actual URLs. Using it for spamming or illegal purposes is forbidden and any such use will result in the Zerobits being disabled and you may be reported to all ISPs involved and to the proper governmental agencies.
